Social Impact Programme Co-ordinator

21 hours per week, based in Hounslow.  Fixed term contract for 6 months

Salary: £20,000 per year (pro-rated)

The Resco Programme is a dynamic training programme designed to break the cycle of long term unemployment and equip people with the tools and confidence to move into sustainable employment. The Resco Programme is innovative in its approach, partnering with commercial business to create work experience placements, combined with training and employment focused mentoring. Many of the people who join the Resco Programme have faced issues such as homelessness, mental health, debt, addictions, criminal records. We are proud of our success and are looking for a part time co-ordinator to support our growing employability programme. As an organised administrator, you will help co-ordinate the Resco Programme including the recruitment and induction of participants onto the programme and developing relationships with referral agencies. Your strong relationship building skills and coaching and mentoring experience will come into play as you support participants through the programme, equipping them for work. Experience of working with marginalised and vulnerable adults is not necessary but a passion for seeing lives transformed, strong interpersonal skills, a problem solving approach and a commitment to working with people from different backgrounds is key.

Social Impact Business Executive

28 hours per week, based in Hounslow

Salary: £21,000 per year (pro-rated)

We are looking for an innovative, business and customer service focused professional to join our growing team at an exciting time in our development. Resco strives to offer an innovative and exceptional customer experience and this new role will help us develop Resco’s reputation as a leader in customer service.  Working alongside a professional and committed team, you will manage client relationships with excellence and will be key in shaping new ideas. Interwoven within the business is an employability programme for the long-term unemployed, providing confidence building work-experience training and employment focused mentoring aimed at equipping participants to move into sustainable work. This provides an exciting dimension to the role with opportunities to coach and train participants on the job ensuring professional standards are maintained.
