3 days per week, 3 months Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £12,000 per year

Resco is an exciting venture based on the belief that every business has the opportunity to generate social impact. We run a commercial business - Resco Living which provides essential household items to councils and housing associations who are looking to support their vulnerable residents. This business creates a platform for work experience for those who are undertaking our 16 week employability programme (The Resco Programme), designed to break the cycle of long term unemployment.

The Resco Programme is a tailored combination of work experience within a fast paced business, training and employment focused mentoring, equipping participants with the tools, experience and confidence to move into work. Many of the people who join the Resco Programme have faced issues such as homelessness, mental health, debt, addictions, criminal records.

We are proud of our success and are looking for a part time Co-ordinator to support our growing employability programme. As an organised administrator, you will help co-ordinate the recruitment and induction of participants onto the programme, developing relationships with referral agencies.

Your strong relationship building skills and coaching and mentoring experience will come into play as you support participants through the programme, equipping them for work.

The role is an exciting, varied and challenging one.

Experience of working with marginalised and vulnerable adults is not necessary but a passion for seeing lives transformed, strong interpersonal skills, a problem solving approach and a commitment to working with people from different backgrounds is key.
